We combine and categorize multiple RSS feeds from blogs, podcasts, wikis, and websites by and for CoreObjects employees. [CoreTalk Blogs] also enables CoreObjects groups to create their own blogs at [blogname.coretalk.coreobjects.com]. These blogs are automatically indexed and integrated into a searchable database and placed on the CoreTalk main page. CoreTalk offers a company blogging service enabling users to customize their start page according to their feed and category preferences.

By using the CoreTalk web site (the "Website") you acknowledge that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or delete all or portions of these Terms of Use at any time without further notice. In order to use the features of the Website, you will be required to create an account. When creating your account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs on, and content of, your account, and you are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Please notify CoreTalk in the event of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account. CoreTalk shall not be liable to you or any third party for any loss incurred as a result of the unauthorized use of your account.

CoreTalk reserves the right to monitor your use of the Website and if, in its sole discretion, it believes that your use of the Website is in violation of these Terms of Use, CoreTalk shall have the right to immediately deactivate your account and terminate your use of the Website, without notice. Further, CoreTalk shall have the right to require you to remedy such violation and may take such other actions it deems appropriate to enforce its rights hereunder and pursue all remedies available to it.

CoreTalk further reserves the right to change, modify, alter, delete or remove all or a portion of its services at any time and from time to time, in its sole discretion.

Any blogs, blog calendars and blog photo albums (collectively “Your Content”) that you post on the CoreTalk Website, shall be owned by you and CoreTalk is hereby granted a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right, title and license, with right to sublicense, to use Your Content in connection with the Website (coretalk.coreobjects.com) and related services.

All content on the CoreTalk Website other than Your Content, including, but not limited to, design, text, software, scripts, graphics, photos, sounds, music and other files and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (collectively, “Content”), are owned by or licensed to CoreTalk and shall belong exclusively to CoreTalk and its licensors, and are subject to copyright and other intellectual property rights under United States and international laws. CoreTalk respects the copyrights of others. You shall indemnify CoreTalk, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, managers, members, employees, service providers, agents, suppliers, successors and assigns, from any loss, liability, claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising as a result of (i) your use of the Website in violation of these Terms of Use, (ii) the use or misuse by you or third parties (other than CoreTalk) of Your Content, and (iii) your violation of any applicable law or third party rights relating to your use of the Website.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms of Use or your use of the Website shall be governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. You hereby agree that you shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts of Middlesex County in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and waive all defenses of lack of personal jurisdiction and forum non conveniens. Notwithstanding any statue of limitations which may be in effect to the contrary, the parties agree that any claim hereunder shall be made within one (1) year from the date on which such cause of action arose, or such claim shall be forever barred.
